History of Ohmi Beef

Chef Suzuki, born in Tokyo, spent a significant part of his early years in Switzerland. Growing up in a family that was deeply passionate about dining and cooking, he was introduced to a diverse range of cuisines from a young age, gradually igniting his passion for the culinary arts.

With 18 years of culinary experience under his belt, Chef Suzuki embarked on his culinary journey in Tokyo, working with various renowned restaurants. His culinary path led him to Singapore, where he had the privilege of working under the guidance of Chef Tetsuya. In 2023, Chef Suzuki marked his 10th year under Chef Tetsuya’s guidance at both Waku Ghin and Wakuda.
